Building and Project Performance Analyst

We are looking for a talented and professional Building and Project Performance Analyst with 3+ years’ to support and provide direction on projects in the pursuit of building and project performance goals. This role is an integral part of the firm to standardize and support the Building and Project Performance (“BPP”) initiative. The role is based in our downtown Vancouver, B.C. office, where each day we ideate, collaborate and create, supported by a culturally diverse group of architectural professionals, in-house leading-edge technology including digital fabrication, virtual design and realization, and physical modelling. Our Vancouver team thrives on multi-disciplinary engagement while practicing at the intersection of architecture and urban design and are distinguished by our creative and intellectual curiosity.

About you: 

  • You thrive in a project-driven, constantly changing, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease.
  • You are resourceful, self-motivated and have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and process standardization. Experience in architectural project administration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required and an awareness to sustainable design standards, such as 3 years experience with LEED, and understanding of WELL building and Living Building Challenge. Passive House training considered an asset.
  • Experienced in assisting design teams through analysis, project related research, and working with internal and external consultants to align architectural and MEP systems.
  • You have an awareness of Life Cycle Analysis, material transparency protocols and specifications, as well as design strategies for resilience and occupant health.
  • Established project management and process standardization skillset. You may be working towards your PMP or CPM.
  • Strong ability to provide and coordinate client presentation materials, organize project documentation and accurately organize projects to adhere to timelines.
