Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our downtown Vancouver, B.C. office, where each day we ideate, collaborate and create, supported by a culturally diverse group of architectural professionals, in-house leading-edge technology including digital fabrication, virtual design and realization, and physical modelling. Our Vancouver team thrives on multi-disciplinary engagement while practicing at the intersection of architecture and urban design and are distinguished by our creative and intellectual curiosity.

As the Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Be asked to face challenges, create solutions, and work outside your comfort zone.
  • Provide assistance to senior team members in the preparation of proposals, packages, presentations, other marketing materials and more.
  • Think creatively and be a flexible team player with a strong writing ability and excellent organizational skills.
  • Support general marketing activities including marketing resources and systems; identify specific client and project opportunities through monitoring of newspapers, websites, and other sources of RFP advertisements.
  • Maintain our databases about business development activities and coordinate the preparation of statements of interest, statements of qualifications, proposals, and marketing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel and provide executive level administrative support to the marketing team while balancing multiple deadlines.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.
  • Strong writing ability, excellent organizational skills and an unbridled enthusiasm for innovative marketing.
